Our HR Director is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, who ensures that the whole team benefit from a pro-active, forward-thinking approach to employment. And the technology we use on a day-to-day basis means that members of our core team can now work as a virtual team from any geographic location. This ensures we maximise our value to our clients, since we can be overseeing one event while working on another!
Our sister company Eclectic specialises in the bringing together of groups within a team, uniting people with clear beliefs and common goals. It can also draw upon its vast resources of personnel data which enables us to provide the correct people for any live event. All are selected with integrity to ensure that they have the appropriate skills, and that they complement the spirit and ethos of the event.
Our qualified team ensure we adhere to ever-changing employment regulations, and can advise clients on best practices for temporary event staff. We co-ordinate every individual, making sure they are fully trained, highly motivated and thoroughly briefed for their role.
